The Little Classroom

A revolutionary approach to education in the heart of Belsize Park, London

We are a flexible and nurturing learning centre revolutionising the education of children with special educational needs age 4 to 7 (Reception - Year 2).

When it comes to special needs children, one size does not fit all!

The Little Classroom was born out of the frustration in trying to find a flexible and accessible learning space for children with special educational needs, that did not require full time attendance.

Our new learning centre provides a nurturing and innovative environment for students age 4-7 with diverse learning needs. Our flexible approach means children can either come to deliver their existing program with their own therapists, or we can put together a team of therapists and design a program for them, or a combination of both things.

Children's playroom with wooden flooring, two large windows, and various toys and furniture. There are red cushioned chairs, a blue exercise ball, a small trampoline, and a table with purple powder. Wall decorations include educational posters and small tables with chairs.

A revolutionary approach to education

Dedicated to empowering our students, our curriculum is tailored to each child and incorporates evidence based academic and therapeutic techniques to foster confidence, growth and success. We use select parts of the national curriculum like phonics alongside a combination of therapies like Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA therapy and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioural Interventions.

We understand that full time attendance is not realistic for many children with Special Educational Needs, and it is therefore not a requirement.
